The order process is outlined as follows::

• Contact us for a quotation. Please include item SKU #,name, order quantity and your shipping address to obtain our best price.
• Order confirmation. Once you receive our quotation, please reply to confirm your order. We will forward necessary payment instructions for you to proceed.
• Shipping and delivery . Once we receive your payment confirmation, we will arrange for shipping as agreed. We will forward the shipment tracking information immediately after ship.

Domestic and International Shipping

Over the years, we have been working with a few reliable and efficient courier partner and has obtained a preferential shipping rate from them. This in turn brings our customer savings on shipping costs. Our ultimate goal is to bring the goods to our valued customers the fastest and smoothest possible.

We work with FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, and EMS for fast and reliable shipping. We never make money on shipping and will also suggest a best shipping option for you based on our past experience. We have served our customers from over 80 countries.

Payment Options

We accept a variety of payment options to meet our customers requirements. We accept instant payment methods such as Western Union or Moneygram. We also accept bank wire transfer (T/T) which normally takes 3-5 working days to recieve.

	Onsite Payment If you would like to visit us and make payment onsite, please feel free to let us know. Alternatively, we can also accept payment in local Chinese currencies by Bank Transfer.
