Product Description

This is a very accurate electric liquid filling machine with 2 filling heads/pumps. This machine uses PPS material for pump, designed with accuracy of less than <1% and is suitable for filling different types of liquid, including water, oil, medicine, chemical, food etc. Using the key pad on the front panel of the machine, you can configure a variety of parameters for the machine to operate.

Suitable liquid types include: water, drinks, oil, medicine, chemical, detergent, etc.
Non-Suitable liquid types: very thick liquid (such as shampoo) or corrosive liquid (such as acid)

This machine has digital CPU control and has the following main features:

• Preset Volume: This machine allows you to preset the filling volume
• Volume Compensation: This machine allows you to preset the volume compensation parameter, so that when different types of liquid is used, you can still obtain accurate volume
• 3 Filling Modes: non-stop, auto-repetitive and manual control
  • Non-stop: You can fill continously until it reaches your desired volume
  • Auto-repetitive: You can fill repetively for a certain volume, and preset the itermittent time
  • Manual control: You can use the foot pedal provided to repeat the filling process as you desire
• Filling with 1 or 2 heads: The machine allows you to fill with either one or both heads.
