• Programmable Capability to Stop at your Preset - This machine offers programming capability to allow you to configure 2 winding groups. For each group, it allows you to preset the number of winding turns to up to 6553 for the machine to automatically stop. For turns < 999, it offers?more accuracy by allowing to set the?fine grained turns to 0.1 turn.
• Bi-Directional Winding - This machine has a switch that allows you to configure whether you wish to wind clockwise or counter-clockwise
• Low and Variable Winding Speed - The machine allows you to set variable speed from 10 to maximum of around 700rpm. This is ideal for winding small coils. Speed can be preset or change even during the winding process
• Very Accurate Counting and Digital Display
• Data Save Mode - The machine can save your configuration data for a few days even after power off.

Output Shaft

The package includes a output shaft (spindle) that can be attached to the motor. You can make your own spindle to suit your bobbin/coil former size.

 

 

Foot Pedal

We also supply a foot pedal control. With this foot pedal, you will be able to fully free your hands and use the pedal to control the start and stop of the winding process.
