Product Description

This low speed coil winder can be used to wind small coils and transformors. It is easy to operate and provides fine and accurate winding. Its winding speed can be very low and adjustable. It allows you to wind in both forward and backward directions. You can configure up to 100 program groups of parameters to preset the number of turns for the motor to automatically stop.

The machine¡¯s motor is detachable from the controller box - this makes it easy for you to integrate the system into your own workstation. You can the motor seperately from the controller box. There are mounting holes on the controller box as well as the motor.

• Preset Winding Turns to Auto Stop: The machine allows to configure winding turns for up to 100 program groups. For each group, you can preset the winding turns to up to 6553 turns. For turns < 999, it offers greater accuracy by allowing to set 0.1 turn. The machine stops winding at your preset turns.
• Forward and Backward Bi-Directional Winding: This machine has a switch that allows you to configure whether you
  wish to wind forward or backward. You can even switch the direction during the winding process. The digital counter changes counts automatically based on the winding direction you choose.
• Low and Variable Winding Speed: The machine allows you to preset the shaft speed from lowest 10rpm to maximum around 700rpm. You can further adjust the speed using the speed knob during the winding process.
• Live Winding Turn Compensation: During the winding process, you can modify the counter (increase or decrease) to compensate winding turns live.
• Accurate Digital Counter: The machine has a very accurate digital counter.
• Slow Start and Slow Stop: The machine has slow start and stop mechanism to prolong motor life.
• Foot Pedal Provided: The foot pedal gives you additional control to the start and the stop of the winding process.
• Data Save Mode: The machine can save your configuration data after powering off.

Output Shaft

The package includes a output shaft (spindle) that can be attached to the motor. You can make your own spindle to suit your bobbin/coil former size.
