Product Description

This is a manual coil winding machine with automatic wire guide/traversal system that has digital counter and LED display.

Operation is simple, you setup the system as shown in the picture, and turn the hand wheel to winding. You can make adjustments based on the wire size. The wire guiding system will traverse back and force during the winding.

There are also holes on the frame of the machine which can be used to mount it on a stable platform.

Some of the features include:

Digital Counter and LED Display - The counter allows wire turn count to up to 99999 with accuracy of 1 turn. Reset button can easily set the counter back to 0.

Allow Setting for Different Wire Size - This machine has a knob that can be used to make adjustments for different sized wires from SWG#17 to SWG#46

2 Speed Ratio - The machine allows two speed ratios by changing the position of the hand wheel.
For #30-#46 wire, use ratio 1:6
For #17-#30 wire, use ratio: 1:1.5
